GRADING AND REPORTING PUPIL PROGRESS
For the purpose of informing parents and legal guardians of the academic progress of individual students, written and/or oral reports which provide a meaningful evaluation of individual achievement shall be issued periodically, but no less than four times per year.
The administration shall be responsible for establishing the means of recording and the reporting instruments, and for informing the parents and/or legal guardians in advance of the schedule for reporting.
Reporting procedures, dates, and instruments will be reviewed annually.
